Ex-CWC, Chief Engineer

Mr. Y. K. Handa is Post Graduate in Structures from Delhi College of Engineering and Graduated in Civil Engineering from REC Kurukshetra. He retired as Chief Engineer in 2016 from Central Water Commission. Post retirement he is actively involved with Projects of WAPCOS. He has also been associated with Dam Safety Review Panels of NHPC and different States in different capacities since last 4 years. He is also working as a consultant with World Bank. During last more 40 years he has been involved with more than 75 projects involving Planning, Investigation, Design and safety aspects of Water Resources Projects.
